At SucculentsForYou we strive to offer excellent customer service and quality plants.  We ship our plants nationwide in South Africa.  Please note there is R500 minimum order per customer on all shop items.  Free shipping for orders over R1500.  We love to assist, call anytime 0834366929.

How to order at SucculentsForYou.

Simply follow the steps below:

STEP 1 – Select the succulents you wish to purchase.

  • To find out more detailed information about a product, click on its image
  • Choose your product and quantity you want to add to your cart (Please note that limited quantities may apply)
  • You can add and/or remove products from your cart at any time before moving on to the checkout
  • Please Note: Colours and sizes of the succulents will vary from season to season as well as the photos you view on the website.

STEP 2 – Go to the checkout

  • Here please supply all your personal contact and delivery information
  • Online transactions are secured via SSL

STEP 3 – Place your order

  • Once you have placed your order you will receive an email and response within 24 hours.

STEP 4 – Payment

  • We have 2 Payment options available:
    • Direct Bank Transfer/ EFT.  Using this option, please make the payment promptly and send us proof of payment.
    • Yoco/Credit card.

STEP 5 – Delivery 

  • Delivery charges are ALL included on our website and will be calculated upon payment
  • Delivery/Shipment is The Courier Guy Economy.
    • This courier service will deliver straight to your door for R150.  This is the fastest and most reliable courier service in South Africa.  Once your parcel is shipped you can expect delivery in 1-3 days for main centres and 3-4 days for outlying areas.
  • Please note we do not use PUDO. 
  • Once your delivery has been confirmed NO postponement thereof or cancellations will be accepted
  • Delivery will only be scheduled on orders where full payment has been received.
  • Orders are sent for delivery once a week on a Tuesday.  Delivery takes between 2-5 working days depending on where you are situated.
  • All plants are dry rooted before delivery to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
  • We will not take any responsibility for loss or damage to parcels due to the service of the couriers.

Collecting your order from the nursery

You are also welcome to collect your order from our nursery in Benoni.

Our packaging process

To ensure the safety of your plants, we do not send plants with pots or soil.  Plants are shipped ‘bare root’, carefully wrapped and placed securely in a box with paper packaging.

Please note some soil may be left on the roots to ensure the plants remain healthy in transit and will acclimatise in their new home quickly.  We do not wash roots.  

We only send out orders on Tuesdays to prevent your plants from getting stuck in a warehouse over the weekend.  We always include a gift plant in your order.
